You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote. Straightforward business sites are quicker than e-commerce or booking systems, because there's more to build and test. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront.

Can you take over or fix my existing website?
Yes. We can take over a site someone else built, fix what's broken, update the design, or just take over hosting and maintenance. We'll review it and tell you honestly what's worth keeping.
Will my website appear on Google?
Every build includes solid SEO fundamentals — titles, descriptions, structure, speed and mobile-friendliness. That's the foundation. Ranking for competitive searches takes time and ongoing content, so we can talk about that separately if it's important.
Who owns the website when it's finished?
You do. Once paid in full, the design, code and content we produce for you are yours to keep, move or modify. Third-party assets like stock photos and plugins remain under their own licences. Every site we build also includes a small credit line crediting Avery Tech Solutions.
Do I have to keep paying after the site is built?
No. The build is a one-off fee and the site is yours. Monthly upkeep is optional — you'd only pay it if you want us to host and maintain it. We can also help you set up your own hosting instead.
What about hosting and ongoing changes?
Hosting & Upkeep is £25/month — hosting, backups, security monitoring, SSL and updates. Management Plus from £40/month covers our time making edits and changes. They're separate plans: take either or both.
