Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal information.
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Avery Solutions and Avery Tech Solutions collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Avery Solutions is the parent brand. Avery Tech Solutions is the technology branch of Avery Solutions, handling website and app development. For data protection purposes both are treated as the same organisation.
We are based in the United Kingdom and operate in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Only what we genuinely need:
- Enquiry details — your name, email address, business name and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
- Print files — if you send a 3D print file, we keep it only as long as needed to produce and post your order.
- Project files — website and app content, images and copy you supply for your build.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and to keep the site working.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry forms and email
Our enquiry forms are sent to our own email address so we can reply to you directly — we never store them on the website itself, and the site has no database behind the forms. If we haven't set up server-side sending for a particular form, it falls back to opening your own email app with the details you typed, so your message is then also handled by your email provider. Either way, nothing you type is saved on this website.
Cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It records anonymous, aggregated data only — no cookies, no cross-site tracking and nothing that identifies you personally. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add anything beyond this in future, we will update this page first and, where required, ask for consent before any tracking starts.
Payments
Where we build an e-commerce site or take a payment, card details are handled by a payment provider such as Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep things
- Enquiries — kept while we're working with you, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months.
- Project files — kept for as long as we support your site, so we can maintain it. Deleted on request.
- Print files — deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for reprints.
- Server logs — typically rotated within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data where we no longer need it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Email info@averysolutions.co.uk and we'll action reasonable requests within 30 days. There's no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Website projects we host are kept on maintained, regularly backed-up infrastructure with SSL certificates and security monitoring.
Third-party links
This site links to other websites we mention in our portfolio. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for how they handle your data.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses, so we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting your rights will be pointed out clearly.
