Good to Know
A few practical things before you send anything over.
Scale and units matter
Most models are designed in millimetres. If yours isn't, let us know the intended real-world size so the print comes out correct.
Check it's a solid mesh
If your file contains two separate surfaces rather than one closed solid, it may print with holes. We're happy to check it for you.
Layer lines are normal
3D prints are built in visible layers. That's expected, and it's why we can quote a print far cheaper than injection moulding.

Delivery & Guarantee
What to expect when you order.
Delivery
Prints are checked and posted to you anywhere in the UK. Postage is quoted with your order. Local collection in Stornoway can be arranged by request.
Every print is checked before it's packed and dispatched. We'll give you a realistic completion date with your quote.
Free reprint if we're at fault
If a print fails through our equipment or material fault, we'll reprint it at no charge or issue a refund. No arguing, no hassle.
If the model itself can't be printed (non-manifold, too thin etc.), we can't offer a free reprint — but we'll always tell you before printing starts.
