Do you print from my own file?
Yes — send an STL or 3MF file and we'll print it. If your file isn't a closed solid or the scale isn't set, we'll check it and tell you before printing.
What materials do you use?
PLA for standard prints and PETG where you need more strength and durability. We'll recommend the right one for your part when we quote.
How long does a print take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the model and how busy the printers are. You'll get a realistic completion date with your quote, and we'll tell you honestly if a deadline isn't achievable.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One-off prints are welcome — a single replacement part is just as valid as a full run. One-offs are fine: just send the file.
I'm not sure 3D printing will work for my part. What should I do?
Send the file you have — or a photo of the part if you don't have one yet — and we'll advise honestly whether 3D printing is the right route. We print from files rather than designing models ourselves, and if you need a model created we'll point you to where to get one done.
